Strawberry Nutella Smoothie

Life has been busy so I have been living off smoothies for lunch!  Here have been a couple of my favorites!  I tend to get hooked on 2-3 kinds at a time until I burn out then I switch it up.  Smoothies are a great balanced meal.   These smoothies are "real" smoothies as I call it- they have protein, carbs and fats and not loaded with carbs and added sugars like a lot of smoothie spots you'll see. Some of these "health" smoothies on the market have worse macros than a freaking Big Mac!!  I'm not kidding!!!  Stay alert out there...it's real in the smoothie streets :)  Ok, I'll shut up now and share the recipe: Ingredients Strawberry Nutella...

Island Breeze Smoothie

Turkey Spring Rolls

I am making these this weekend.  They are light, refreshing yet filling!  I love to make a double or triple batch of these and keep them in the fridge to snack on for a few days after we have them as a meal.  These are one of my all time favorite things to make and eat!  The peanut sauce puts it over the top! :-) Turkey Spring Rolls 1/4lb Deli style Turkey or Chicken Breast  1 Tablespoon Gluten Free Thai Peanut Sauce 3 Spring Roll Wrappers 1C Baby Spinach 1/2 of a cucumber, seeded, peeled & thin sliced 1/3C Shredded carrots 1/4 of a Red Bell Pepper, seeded &thin sliced 2Tablespoons fresh chopped Cilantro Water (to brush on the spring roll...

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie

This pie is so fluffy, indulgent and rich that it's sure to be a hit.  A simple no-bake dessert recipe is great for the busy Spring and Summer months and when you just don't have time to heat the kitchen up.  As the directions state- let this chill at least 2 hours but If you can for 4 or more hours it's even better! ;-) Ingredients 1 Chocolate prepared Pie crust 1C+3Tablespoons Peanut Butter, divided (do not use natural due to oil separation) 1/2C sugar 8oz cream cheese, softened 12oz cool whip 1 11oz jar of Hot Fudge ice cream topping. No Bake Protein Poppers

If you've seen my latest youtube video of Charley and I, you know this is a recipe you're gonna want to save!   These protein poppers make for a fun and delicious way to get your protein, plus kids (and dogs lol) love to help make and eat them too! These freeze great, so feel free to make a big batch and toss them in the freezer with wax paper between the layers so they don't stick together.
